# ProTgen

> ProTgen is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing first-in-class targeted Notch activators that generate progenitor T cells to restore thymic function and adaptive immune competence — across both *ex vivo* cell therapy and *in vivo* biologic programs.

ProTgen's platform uses **targeted Notch activation** to direct hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (CD34+) down the T-lineage, producing **progenitor T cells** that home to the thymus and reconstitute a diverse, functional T-cell repertoire. Lead programs address post-allogeneic HSCT immune reconstitution (*ex vivo*, ProT-096) and tissue-tropic *in vivo* Notch activation (RGT-096) across hematologic and solid-tumor settings, immunosenescence, and severe lymphopenia.

The science is built on >20 years of work in T-cell development and Notch signaling biology, with multiple peer-reviewed validations of progenitor T-cell generation, thymic engraftment, and immune reconstitution in preclinical models.
